Gap Analysis

Siguiente will carry out a Gap Analysis against the ISO Standard or other requirements to identify to what extent existing processes, practices (documented or not) are effectively implemented and what gaps are present and need to be addressed.

On completion of the Gap Analysis, Siguiente will document and present the results of the review for agreement of the activities required for the improvement and maintenance of the Management System(s) incorporating clearly defined deliverables and timescales.

This focused activity will provide a clear view of what needs to be done to achieve certification or compliance and the associated timescales and resources.

Develop & Implement

Siguiente will:

• Project manage the implementation in a way that will ensure minimum distraction of organisation resources from their primary role, but also ensure the transfer of knowledge to participants so that they can maintain relevant aspects of the management system in the future
• Draft key policy and infrastructure documentation that will meet Standards requirements and support your objectives for improvement and integration of your systems and processes
• Conduct relevant risk, compliance and impact assessments and identify appropriate controls
• Provide consultancy support to improvement action owners to help them implement improvement objectives and actions in a pragmatic and timely manner
• Support the development and delivery of awareness training

Assessment & Certification

Following implementation, Siguiente will:

• Conduct internal audits to confirm readiness for assessment and to identify any further improvements required for success
• Liaise with the external ISO Standards assessors and company participants throughout, to plan certification assessment schedules and manage those assessments to ensure achievement of certification
• Follow up to ensure that corrective action plans are submitted to the assessment body (if required) and that certificates are issued in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement & Assessment

Once certification has been achieved, Siguiente helps organisations to continue to comply with ISO & other Standards requirements and improve their management systems in some or all of the following areas:

• Plan and conduct internal audits
• Facilitate Management Review Meetings and other relevant forums
• Repeat or add to risk and impact assessments as changes to the organisation occur
• Keep relevant documentation up to date
• Maintain legislative compliance processes and conduct compliance audits
• Manage transitions to revised ISO Standards requirements
• Plan continued assessment visits with the ISO certification body and the organisation’s participants
